Trackification helps you track yourself with actionable notifications that you can respond to directly from your iPhone or Apple Watch.
How it works:
1. Set up tracking question. For example: "How energetic are you?".
2. Define emoji-based, scored responses. For example: 💪 = 10, 😃 = 7, 🥱 = 3, 😵💫 = 0.
3. Set up times to be notified. For example: every day at 2pm (after lunch), and 6:30 pm (before dinner).
4. Track by responding to the notifications directly from your iPhone or Apple Watch.
5. Follow up on your tracking in a time graph in the app!
