The past few years have been stressful, scary and all over the place. Lots of us are struggling. According to a Kaiser Family Foundation, 56% of young adults have experienced negative mental-health effects due to the Covid-19. Taking care of our mental health is more important than ever. Implementing a mindfulness practice is proven to help improve self-awareness, mental focus, and lower stress. I created Mindmix as a passion project to help those in our global community. It's totally FREE and SECURE (sending journal entries to the cloud is optional). I hope you'll consider journaling, or pass it along to someone who might benefit.
