Business communication doesn’t limit to the internal team — it needs to collaborate with other organizations (Sales managers, Customer Success, Support , etc.) as well. Surprisingly, there’s no convenient tool, which makes both parties struggle using plain email or private messengers like WhatsApp. We’ve more than eight-year experience working with remote teams and creating effective communication environments.
